How to Order

Step 1: Adding items to your cart

Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information.

Select the point next to the option you wish to purchase, bag or box. Then enter the quantity at the bottom, and click the "add to cart" button.

If a specific product is currently out of stock or has been sold out, 'sold out' will be displayed in the description.

If you want to add more items to your cart click the "continue shopping" button.

Step 2: Your shopping cart

To amend the quantity * Change the number in the "Qty" box * Select the "Change Qty" button. * The cart will update your order.

To delete an item from your cart

Change the quantity to zero (0) next to the item you wish to remove.

Click the "Change Qty" button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.
Enter discount or promotional code, if any.
When you are happy with your selections, click the "Complete Order" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

Step 3: Checkout - Contact & Delivery Details (Secure Area)

Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the "Next: Shipping Method" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

The next window will display your contact & delivery details in a secure area and you will notice the security lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security lock ensures your order & payment details are encrypted and remain secure over the internet.

Step 4: Confirm details

It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "Next: Payment Details" button.

Step 5: Payment Details

Complete your credit card details, ensuring that all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. Click "Submit Order".

When we receive your order, we will send you an email and invoice with your order details attached. If there are any problems with your order please contact us on .

Deliveries / Shipping

Delivery within Australia

Internet orders are all sent with Australia Post.
Generally takes upto 3-7 working days depending on location.

Freight Charges - Single Bags
Small Orders: $8.50
All other orders: $11.95
(This amount can be seen before entering your credit card details on the online shop.)

Freight Charges - Wholesale Amts (boxes)
Freight is calculated based on your post code (this amount can be seen before entering your credit card details on the online shop).Freight is charged per lots of 150 bags (3 boxes), whichever is greater, so it is best to order in these lots to maximise freight.

EnviroTrend does not charge any handling fees and only charges what it is charged by the service provider.

International Deliveries - Standard delivery for international orders is by Air Mail and generally takes up to 7-14 business days. Freight charges are calculated by actual weight using Australia Post's standard international postal rates.

Discount Coupons/Promotional Codes

To use a Discount Coupon or Promotional Code, please select the items you wish to purchase and enter the code at the bottom of the Shopping Cart. THE CODE MUST BE ENTERED BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. EnviroTrend will not process refunds as a result of your failure to enter the relevant code.

Late Deliveries

If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact ENVIROTREND on 07 3376 4416.

Returns

All EnviroTrend products are covered by a three month warranty from date of purchase. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. We will refund or exchange if we supply goods that do not match the description, goods that are amaged, faulty or break during normal use within 3 mths of the date of purchase. Such goods can be returned to us together with the original invoice/receipt to EnviroTrend Pty Ltd, Reply Paid 83985, Sumner Park BC, QLD 4074. Envirotrend is not liable to give you a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Printing

Our products are screen printed and some variation in colour and coverage is normal. This is not considered a fault.

GST / taxes

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown. No GST on international orders

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
